03 / Own audience
199K+ cross-platform followers.

The situation
No audience. No budget. No team.
I started with zero followers and no advertising budget. No team, no agency, no influencer network. Just a phone, a content framework, and a decision to show up consistently.
The goal was not a number on a profile. It was to make practical content women could understand, save, and use.
The system
The framework that compounds.
Content pillars and publishing rhythm
Three content pillars, each mapped to a business outcome. A publishing schedule that never depends on inspiration. The system runs whether I feel creative or not.
Format testing at scale
Every format gets tested across platforms. What works as a Reel gets tested as a TikTok. What works as a carousel gets tested as a static post. Data decides what stays.
Cross-platform adaptation
One piece of thinking becomes five pieces of content. Instagram carousel, TikTok video, email newsletter, story series, and a text post. The idea is created once. The distribution is multiplied.
Useful before promotional
The strongest tutorials solve one visible problem first. A product earns its place when it becomes part of the solution instead of interrupting the content.

What it produced
Systems, not luck.
Instagram has now passed 119,000 followers, verified 27 July 2026. The latest broader platform snapshot recorded 73,037 on TikTok, 4,927 on Threads, 1,306 on Facebook, and about 1,190 on Pinterest.
The owned email audience has 6,774 subscribed contacts. The top Reel has 671,047 views, while one tutorial has 45,365 saves and 13,665 shares.
The Instagram count was verified on 27 July 2026. The other first-party figures were verified on 16 July 2026. Platform follower totals are not unique people, and organic signals do not promise sales or advertising performance.
What this means for you
Useful content gives the product a job.
For the Tutorial Partnership, I use the same problem-first thinking to teach one useful workflow where the brand's product has a natural job. The brand gets a published tutorial and clear paid-usage terms, not a promise that my audience numbers will become its results.
